Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Spectra Publish (at publish.spectraprod.com), a free web tool run by Spectra for posting videos to your own TikTok account. By using it, you agree to these terms.
The service
Spectra Publish lets you sign in with TikTok, upload a video from your device, add a caption, choose your post settings and publish the video to the TikTok account you signed in with. It posts only when you press Post.
Your account
You sign in through TikTok, and you must be allowed to use TikTok under its own terms. You are responsible for what you post. You can sign out, and remove Spectra Publish's access in your TikTok settings, at any time.
Your content
You keep all rights to your videos and captions. You give us only the permission we need to send your content to TikTok when you ask us to. You confirm that you have the rights to what you post and that it follows the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines and, where it applies, TikTok's Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation. Spectra Publish is for posting your own original content. Don't use it to re-upload other people's content.
Acceptable use
Don't use Spectra Publish to spam, to get around TikTok's limits, to post on accounts you are not authorised to use, or to break any law. We may block access to anyone who misuses it.
Availability
Spectra Publish is provided "as is", without warranties. It depends on TikTok's services, and TikTok decides whether and when a post is published and who can see it. We may change, pause or stop the service at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Spectra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content, reach or revenue, that come from using the service.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
